Trevoyan Guest House is located in the neighbourhood of Tamboerskloof, a 10-minute drive from the V&A Waterfront. Guests can use the free parking located on site, or request a transfer from Cape Town Airport.

From Cape Town International Airport:

- Exit the airport, merging into the N2/ Settlers Way via the ramp to Cape Town;
- Merge into De Waal Drive;
- Take De Waal Drive exit towards the M3/ Cape Town;
- Merge into De Waal Drive;
- Continue on Jutland Avenue;
- Continue on Mill Street;
- Take the slight right into Annadale Street;
- Continue on Orange Street;
- Turn left on Rheede Street;
- Turn left on Kloof Street;
- Take the 3rd right into Kloof Neck Road;
- Take the 1st left into Kloof Neck/ M62;
- Turn right onto Gilmour Hill Road and the hotel is at number 12.
