Overview

Bordering suburb of Sea Point, Ashanti Lodge Green Point offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and has a promenade with a golden mile of seafront walkway and secluded beaches.

Ashanti Lodge Green Point stands within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town Stadium. Scenic morning cruise, Kruger Park tours, and enjoying the nightlife are among the hundred activities that can be done from the Lodge.

The rooms have a bright decor with a designer touch. They come with either normal beds or wrought iron bunk beds. All include TV and electronic safe.

Communal areas include a tour desk, an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ area, and a terrace. 24-Hour Front Desk also provides shuttle service, laundry service and luggage storage.

Continental and cooked breaksfasts are available, including free pancakes.

Travel information

When driving from the airport, just continue along the N2 towards Cape Town city centre. Please make sure you follow directions to Cape Town as we have had newcomers go in the wrong direction. Continue on the N2 for about 10 minutes and as you come up to the mountain keep right and continue towards the city - following the signs. Keep right on the N2 following signs to the Waterfront. At the 3rd set of traffic lights turn right into Somerset Road. Continue for approximately 2 kms until you turn left into Richmond Road which intersects with Antrim Road. Turn right into Antrim Road and Ashanti Green Point is immediately on your left.
